Pastor Craig and Cindy Lauterbach
Lead Pastor
Pastor Craig Lauterbach was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1974 while attending a church near his hometown, he committed his life to Jesus Christ. After graduating from college, he and his wife Cindy embarked on their ministry journey. As a gifted speaker and respected author with more than twenty five years of pastoral and ministry experience, he travels nationally and internationally sharing a balanced message of faith and inspiration.
Prior to The River of Life Church, he successfully planted a church in New Jersey, as well as partnering with five other assemblies located in the United States and overseas.
Many have referred to Pastor Craig Lauterbach as a “Bridge Builder” in the Body of Christ, thus opening doors to minister with people such as Tommy Barnett, Charles Crabtree, Ray McCauley, Jesse Duplantis, Dr. David Yonggi Cho, Robert Stearns, Sheila Walsh, former Vice President Dan Quayle and many others. He is an honorary board member of the Los Angeles International Church (Dream Center), along with Tommy Barnett, Jack Hayford, Charles Nieman, and Willie George.
As a gifted communicator, he shares a life-changing message offering hope and restoration to all who will listen.
Cindy Lauterbach was born and raised in Flemington, New Jersey. When faced with a family crisis at the age of 18, she recommitted her life to Jesus Christ. After graduating from college, Cindy gave birth to the first of their four daughters. As her children grew, so did her ministry and career. She is a gifted speaker and a successful business woman in the banking industry.
Cindy’s ability to teach, motivate, and coach are impacting those in the local church and market place. Along with her husband Craig, she brings inspiration and dedication to those around her.
Pastor Jonathan Brooker
Assistant Pastor/Youth Ministries
Pastor Jonathan Brooker is from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was raised in a Christian home that exemplified biblical values, which enabled him and his three brothers to learn the importance of having and maintaining a strong relationship with God.
He is a graduate of Valley Forge Christian College with a BA in Youth Ministries. His passion for teens is what motivated him to assist in establishing a youth program in the Pocono Mountains and in Tennessee during his degree training. He also served as the youth leader for a local church by his college. These experiences coupled with his professional training have now brought him to the River of Life Church.
His creative spirit combines music, drama, and multi-media when presenting a relevant message to the young people attending his meetings. His non-threatening approach enables him to reach teenagers who are faced with life changing decisions on a daily basis. Pastor Jon desires that his youth not only see him as their pastor, but also as a trusted friend.
Megan Madden and Abbeylyn Grenier
Children’s Ministry Leaders
Megan Madden and Abbeylyn Grenier are from Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. Both are completing their Bachelors degree training at VFCC in children’s ministry. They have developed and implemented successful programs for children in several churches and are now heading up our Sunday “Waterworks” service for ages 5 to 11. With the assistance of a qualified team, they provide an exciting weekly program utilizing music, puppets, multi-media presentations, and games, all centered around a sound Biblical message. Both Megan and Abbey are a BIG blessing to the children attending “The River of Life Church.”
